Customers are responsible for providing correct name, phone number, email address, and booking information. Customers are also responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential.

4. Slot Booking

Bookings are subject to slot availability, selected duration, selected game/device, number of players, business hours, and successful payment where online payment is required.

5. Payment

Payments made through the website are processed by Razorpay or an authorised payment gateway. A booking may remain pending until payment confirmation is received from the payment gateway.

6. Customer Conduct

Customers must follow Game Adda rules, respect staff and other customers, avoid damage to gaming equipment, and use the premises responsibly. Game Adda may refuse service in case of misconduct, unsafe behaviour, abuse, or violation of rules.

7. Reporting Time

Customers should arrive before or on the booked time. Late arrival may reduce the available playing duration, and the slot may not be extended if another booking is scheduled after it.

8. Equipment Damage

Any intentional or negligent damage to controllers, consoles, pool equipment, furniture, accessories, or other property may be chargeable to the responsible customer as per actual repair or replacement cost.

9. Pricing and Offers

Prices, offers, discounts, booking rules, and service availability may be changed by Game Adda at any time. Confirmed bookings will be handled according to the amount paid and service selected at the time of booking.

10. Limitation of Liability

Game Adda is not responsible for indirect losses, internet/payment gateway failures, third-party service interruptions, or customer-side technical issues beyond its reasonable control.
